Mr. Piyush Somani
Mr. Piyush Prakashchandra Somani founded ESDS Software Solution Limited at the age of 26, Under his leadership, ESDS Software Solution Limited has grown into a comprehensive platform of cloud infrastructure and software solutions consisting of: Infrastructure as a Service (“IaaS”), which is divided into Cloud Services and Cloud Computing and Colocation and Data Centre services; Managed Services; and Software as a Service (“SaaS”). ESDS Software Solution Limited operates four Data Centres in India, which are located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra; Nashik, Maharashtra; Bengaluru, Karnataka; and Mohali, Punjab. As a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics) from the University of Pune, Mr. Piyush Prakashchandra Somani blends technical acumen, vision and leadership, and customer-centric solutions. He is also on the board of directors of our subsidiaries, SPOCHUB Solutions Private Limited, ESDS Cloud FZ-LLC and ESDS Global Software Solution, Inc and outside company he is an active member of Cloud Computing Innovation Council of India.
Mr. Puneet Agarwal
Puneet Agarwal is one of the founding members and the CEO of VVDN Technologies, a company he co-established in 2007. Under his leadership, VVDN has evolved into a global technology innovation firm offering end-to-end capabilities in Adaptive Compute & Comms, Networking & Wi-Fi, Vision, Automotive, IoT, and Cloud & Apps. With over two decades of experience in hyper-growth tech environments, Puneet brings deep expertise in business strategy, sales, marketing, and global expansion. Previously, he served as President of VVDN’s 5G, Wi-Fi, and global sales operations. An engineer by education and entrepreneur by spirit, he is driven by a vision to position India as a global electronics manufacturing hub. He is also passionate about social impact through technology and large-scale job creation. His leadership has made VVDN a trusted partner to some of the world’s top technology companies.
Mr. Rahul Takkallapally
Mr. Rahul Takkallapally is a visionary leader with over two decades of experience in cloud technology, IT sales, and enterprise account management. As the Co-Founder of BharathCloud, he has been instrumental in building a next-generation cloud ecosystem that empowers businesses with secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles at industry giants such as IBM, Tata Teleservices, CtrlS, Sify, and Citi Bank. His expertise spans cloud strategy, sales, marketing, and managed services, enabling organizations to navigate complex digital transformations with confidence. Beyond technology, he is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business growth, people management, and customer-centric innovation. His dual master’s degrees, including one from a prestigious institution in London, have shaped his global perspective on cloud adoption and enterprise solutions.
Mr. Srinivas Varadarajan
Srinivas Varadarajan is an innovator and an entrepreneur - has a master's degree in computer science and engineering from IIT- Mumbai. He has been in the industry for over 30 years, he has 7 US Patents. Currently is the co-founder, CEO of Vigyanlabs. Vigyanlabs is a deep tech company head quartered in Mysuru, Vigyanlabs has created the world's first AI Enabled Sustainable Data Center and Cloud in Mysuru. Srini served as the Principal of Indias National ID Program Aadhaar. Srini mentord startups at the Founder Institute, a global network of startups and Mentors. Srini provides technology advisory services to clients like India Post, Asian Development Bank, UIDAI, Ernst & Young and Tecnotree to name a few. His interests are in Sustainability, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and Energy Management. His other interests include Astronomy, alternative medicine & yoga
Mr. Subhranshu Banerjee
Subhranshu Banerjee is a seasoned technology leader with over 30 years of industry experience, known for his work at the intersection of innovation, enterprise tech, and entrepreneurship. He is the founder of DBDA Solutions, a company focused on enabling digital transformation for small and medium enterprises across manufacturing, trading, and services sectors. Before founding DBDA, Subhranshu spent two decades in the corporate world, with a notable tenure at Oracle’s IDC in Bangalore, where he contributed significantly to the Oracle data access layer. One of his key innovations from that period was awarded a U.S. patent, reflecting his technical acumen and problem-solving mindset. As a speaker and mentor, he actively shares insights on technology-led growth for SMEs, combining real-world experience with a passion for enabling business efficiency through digital tools.
